20 years ago, my fitness journey began in the most unexpected way—when my husband jokingly pointed out how flat my butt was after having children.

At first, I felt self-conscious, but instead of letting it get me down, I decided to take action. While my kids played, I started jumping rope in the backyard, and something amazing happened. I began to feel stronger, more energized, and happier. I followed simple social media workouts, and before I knew it, my body was transforming. Friends and family noticed, and their encouragement fueled my motivation. That spark grew into a passion for helping others.

Today, I coach active agers who feel stuck or unsure where to start, guiding them to build strength, confidence, and the body they deserve—right from home.
